Fusion Fitness - Not your average workout, FUSION is a class that combines Yoga, Barre and Pilates. Build strength, flow and improve your flexibility while moving to upbeat music. If you’re looking to spice up your yoga routine with an added challenge, this is the class for you!
Barre Fitness - BARRE class is made up of a unique set of exercises designed to target and fatigue each individual muscle group with small repetitive movements. BARRE is inspired by Pilates and Ballet moves but requires NO previous dance experience! Props will be provided.
Classes are £8 drop in or £35 for 5 class card.

Reba is a Level 3 Polestar Pilates Qualified Mat Instructor.
Pilates offers a thorough body and mind workout that is available to all (regardless of age, gender or level of fitness).
There are many benefits to be gained by the regular practice of Pilates, to name but a few:
Stress reduction; core strength; a healthy spine; increased joint mobility; general flexibility and strength and relaxation and a sense of well being.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat (spare mats are available to use for those in need)!
Small props will be provided.
Classes are £6.50 based on a booking of 4 weeks, so £26 or £7.50 drop in .
