Cornwall Sustainability Award Best Built Environment Retro-fit 2015.
Jubilee Warehouse is the conversion of the old storage units next to Jubilee Wharf into 13 high quality accessible workspaces with a generous communal space.
The newly developed riverside Jubilee Warehouse has a variety of sized workspaces and a stunning glazed central atrium with an over-sized table at the heart of the building for tenants and their visitors to use as a meeting and eating space.
We have one studio available to let from now - please call 01326 374960 or complete our online form (Prospective Tenant Questionnaire) if you're interested and visit Vickery Holman's page for more details.
Other special features include:-
River views for all
Ping-pong table and piano
Photovoltaic panels (PVs) - 19kW array to generate as much renewable electricity as possible
Rainwater flushed toilets - saving drinking water and keeping tenants’ costs down
Under Floor Heating throughout, with external insulation. The 2012 Paint Chart Mural Project marked the beginning of the building’s transformation but we had to cover it up with lots of insulation to ensure everyone’s thermal comfort.
Electric vehicle charging points
Time-lapse filming - follow the link to see the transformation of the building
Jubilee Warehouse now has its own website!
