Jubilee Wharf

Jubilee Wharf, located on the riverside in Penryn, is composed of two buildings, one of which comprises 12 studio workshops with six residential flats above. The other building houses Jumblies Nursery, offices for community organisations, the ZedShed public hall and Miss Peapod's Kitchen Cafe.

The two buildings enclose a courtyard protected from the coastal wind and creating the effect of a public promenade along the Penryn quayside. The site is designed so it can be responsible for its own energy demands.
